Privacy Policy

When you use XILO Play we may collect:

• Account info: email address and display name you provide at sign-up.
• Listening activity: tracks streamed, liked, and saved to playlists.
• Uploaded content: audio files, cover art, and metadata you submit as a creator.
• Device info: device type, OS version, app version, and crash diagnostics.
• Payment info: handled exclusively by Apple via In-App Purchase. We never see or store your card details.

• To provide core features (playback, recommendations, uploads, tipping).
• To improve the Service and fix bugs.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.
• To respond to your support requests.

We use Supabase as our backend infrastructure provider. Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We protect data in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption.

We do not sell your personal data. Limited data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the Service (such as Apple for payments and Supabase for storage), and only to the extent required.

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Delete — permanently delete your account and associated data from the app or by emailing us.
• Export — request your uploaded content and listening history in machine-readable form.
• Correct — update inaccurate profile information at any time.

XILO Play is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. The "Effective" date above will be updated.
