Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use XILO Play. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• You retain full ownership of music and other content you upload.
• You grant XILO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, transcode, and display your content as needed to operate the Service.
• You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you upload, including any samples or AI-generated material.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to distribute. Repeat infringers will be removed.

Tips sent to creators are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable. Tips are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and subject to Apple's fees.

Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription via Apple In-App Purchase. Billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Apple's terms. Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS Settings.

• No content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or designed to harass.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XILO disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XILO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
